Tourism Development Strategy of the Koblevo Territorial Community

Our company’s portfolio has been expanded with a large-scale project that is unique even for us: the development of the Tourism Development Strategy for the Koblevska Territorial Community for 2021-2031.

In the process of preparing this Strategy, ArtBuild specialists thoroughly studied and analyzed the territory of the Koblevo in the Mykolaiv region (over 100 hectares): its transportation, hotel, and cultural and entertainment infrastructure; natural resources; tourism statistics; existing projects; economic indicators and the financial condition of the ATC; the resort’s existing and potential target audiences; the resort market in Ukraine and globally; potential competing resorts; and much more.

The result of this work was a 15-step Roadmap that must be implemented to achieve the Strategy’s goals. Each of these steps includes a specific area of work and decisions that must be implemented between 2021 and 2031. Our goal was to create a detailed PRACTICAL GUIDE for the tourism development of this region.

The development strategy covers a wide range of areas – from optimizing the operations of public utilities, the police, waste management, and the renovation of local utility networks to a complete overhaul of the transportation system and the creation of new health, recreational, and entertainment infrastructure based on investment memoranda. Three facilities are set to become the “anchors” of the resort zone, each of which will be unique in the country and attractive to developers. By combining the efforts of the community, the municipality, private investors, the tourism council, and the tourism office, everyone stands to gain – and most importantly, tourists. The resort will raise the overall level of service in the country and will be based on a unified marketing policy and modern sales and promotion channels.

Our experts have identified the uniqueness of this region and identified several key areas of focus that will transform Kobleve in the near future and make it one of the most recognizable resorts in Ukraine.
