ArtBuild has developed the architectural concept and technical design for a new economy-class hotel (3)*, which combines the functions of a city hotel, a slot machine arcade, and a café. The project is being implemented in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv (Nyvky), near Peremohy Avenue – one of the capital’s main thoroughfares.

ABH proposed the working name for the facility – GG Hotel – derived from the English phrase “Good Games!” It simultaneously reflects the gaming aspect (slot machine halls within the complex) and the metaphor of a business game, in which strategy, luck, and success are key—traits that shape the brand’s philosophy.

The future hotel is planned to be built at 2-B Shcherbakivskoho Street, on the site of an existing, non-operational two-story building that requires renovation and the addition of new space.

An analysis of market conditions, the plot size, and the target audience has shown that the most viable solution is to build an economy-class hotel that will offer affordable rates while maintaining high service standards. This makes the project economically viable and attractive to investors.

GG Hotel is geared toward business travelers on work trips or attending conferences, as well as budget-conscious leisure guests – young couples, groups of friends, students, college applicants, and their parents. For this audience, the key factors are a convenient location, modern service, a comfortable night’s sleep, cleanliness, safety, and an optimal price – it is precisely these factors that shape the hotel’s concept.
