Service 1: Design Technical Support

We act as a technical consultant who guides the designers’ work and adds professional insight to the creative process, ensuring that aesthetics are functional.

What we do:

• we develop technical specifications for designers, including a list of all requirements for space ergonomics, types, functions, and dimensions of furniture and fixtures; requirements for lighting, electrical fittings, finishing materials, etc., taking into account the project’s class, format, and budget;
• we refine preliminary sketches, eliminating impractical ideas and striking a balance between aesthetics and function;
• we review and finalize working documentation (elevations, floor and ceiling plans, lighting and ceiling fixture plans, etc.) to avoid errors during procurement and installation;
• we approve the cost estimates and specifications developed by the designers;
• we oversee the creation of a Mock-up Room (pilot unit) to test solutions before the start of renovation and furnishing.

Our involvement in the project during the design phase ensures that the client receives not only beautiful design solutions, but also a hotel that takes into account every stage of the design’s lifecycle in practice – from its direct implementation on-site to daily operations and future scheduled renovations or upgrades.

Service 2: Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
