The FAVOR Hotel Project in Kyiv

ArtBuild has completed the design of a hotel complex in Kyiv’s Holosiivskyi district – the Favor Park Hotel. The client and main investor in the project is TMO Liko-Holding LLC, one of Ukraine’s largest construction companies.

The project offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to the needs of a broad target audience. The hotel will feature 150 guest rooms, a versatile multi-purpose hall for 220 people capable of hosting conferences and banquets, as well as a 140-seat restaurant with a summer terrace. A unique feature of the infrastructure will be an open-air recreation area, which includes swimming pools for adults and children, as well as a grill bar.

The future hotel will be positioned as an affordable yet high-quality hotel complex for business, leisure, and sports. A large water sports complex, SportLife Liko-Grad, is being built next to the hotel, which will host major international diving competitions. If they wish, hotel guests will be able to access the sports complex directly from the hotel.
