Project for an economy-class hotel on V. Vasylkivska Street in Kyiv

ArtBuild has completed the development of the concept and a feasibility study for a hotel project on V. Vasylkivska Street. The project is commissioned by a Ukrainian investment company.

The project concept involves the creation of an affordable, modern economy-class hotel with 121 rooms, designed for young (20-45 years old) and mobile business and leisure travelers, as well as people on business trips (middle and lower-level managers). The size of a standard hotel room is 16.8 m². The highlight of the project will be the top, 14th floor, which will house a breakfast area, a bar, and a lounge zone with a small observation terrace. This design will help offset the utilitarian and standard nature of typical economy-class hotels and create a strong attraction point. The opportunity to have breakfast and spend time in an interesting and comfortable setting on the hotel’s top floor with a view of the city center will allow this hotel to build a loyal and consistent clientele, especially over the next 5-10 years, when competition in the 2-3-star segment is expected to increase significantly.

In the concept and design solutions, ABH specialists have taken into account all the basic requirements for economy-class hotels set by international hotel chains, which gives the project the opportunity to develop in the future under one of the world’s leading hotel brands.
