Hotel complex with event-hall in one of the regional centers of Ukraine

The ArtBuild Hotel Group team completed work on an Extended Analysis of the feasibility of developing a hotel project in one of the regional centers of Ukraine.

The result of our team’s work was a 130-page book with a detailed description of the concept of a future project, reasoned conclusions about the choice of a solution, floor plans, detailed financial tables and a design concept for the facade.

The project provides for the creation of a midscale hotel complex with 95 rooms with a wide infrastructure, the key element of which is an event hall. It is the event hall that will allow the project to occupy a unique position in the hotel services market and a leading position in the region in the conference services segment. In addition to the event hall, the project concept provides for two more functional zones unique to the city: a professional co-working space and a panoramic restaurant with an open sky terrace on the 9-10 floors of the building.
