ABHG completed acquisition of a hotel in Frankfurt am Main

In the suburb of Hochst, Frankfurt, Olroa Invest LLC purchased in an off market deal the defunct Marbach Inn which had been in receivership since Q2 2019. The company has plans to renovate the building into a 47 room economy property with a co-working facility relying on the excellent S2 line which places customers in the city in 12 minutes.

Artbuild will work with the customer to provide consultation on layout, re-concept, and oversight of new fire control systems required to maintain the property's licensing.

The property will remain independent and will use ArtBuild Hotel Management as their 3rd party operator.
