ArtBuild Hotel Group acquires construction holding “Kronos Group LLC”

ArtBuild Hotel Group has completed acquisition of the construction group "Kronos Group LLC" as of the end of 2011. This acquisition by ABHG of such a professional construction company is an important strategic step enabling the company to expand their range of services in hospitality real estate development.

According to Oleksii Evchenko, managing partner of ArtBuild Hotel Group, "the main focus of our development arm is the turn-key realization of high-quality hotel projects in the 3&4 star mid-market sectors". Now, in addition to providing in house project-management, consulting, FF&E, and hotel property management, ABHG will be able to perform all work as a general contractor taking seamless control over the entire construction process.  "Kronos Group LLC" is a young but experienced building company with a wide range of abilities and all necessary licenses for all types of general contract work.
