ArtBuild Hotel Group launches professional hotel management division

ArtBuild Hotel Group has launched ArtBuild Hotel Management, LLC. a member of the ArtBuild group of companies, which will be responsible for professionally managing two- to four-star hotels in Ukraine. ABHM was registered in Delaware, USA. The company's non-executive board is now performing an executive search for the position of chief operating officer to be named later this year. The candidates in question are all western specialists with a great deal of experience in two- to four-star hotel management in particularly pre-opening and launch operations.  ABHM will recruit and train staff for hotels in partnership with both Best Western and one of the largest HR and training companies – Door International Ukraine. The combination of international and Ukrainian experience will ensure the building of an efficient hotel management system to meet the needs of foreign and Ukrainian investors.

        The inclusion of an independent managing company in the group is an important strategic step for ABHG, allowing for the creation of a full turn-key hotel project development cycle. Now the company can not only realize a complete project, starting from designing a concept and ending with hotel commissioning, but also manage the hotel after its construction.

        The step is the logical continuation of an agreement signed with the Best Western International hotel chain in June 2011, according to which ArtBuild Hotel Group became the official representative of BWI in Ukraine. BWI does not manage hotels, the owners of hotels that are members of the chain independently run their physical and financial operations. Now potential owners of Best Western hotels in Ukraine will have a chance to obtain a turn-key management solution provided by a professional company with local presence if they so choose. ArtBuild Hotel Management will be guided by international principles and only the highest standards of work, offering flexible and friendly conditions for cooperation with regard to the cost of services and the terms for signing management agreements.
