Multifunctional suburban hotel complex in Chabany

ArtBuild Hotel Group has developed a Concept and prepared a Feasibility Study for the development of a multifunctional suburban complex – Garden & SPA Resort – in the township Chabany, Kiev region. Our specialists offered concept of frontage design and territory general plan for the project.

The Concept suggests full reconceptualization of the area with full demolition and building of new multifunctional suburban hotel complex (city-resort hotel) with extended infrastructure. General plot plan calls for improvement of area of 27 031 sq. m. and building of 1-2-stage facility with main building and couple of sections, connected in one group with warm passages with glass walls. In this architectural volume next facilities will be allocated: 71 rooms hotel, more than 800 sq. m SPA with indoor-outdoor adults’ pool and outdoor kids pool, multifunctional (conference & banqueting) hall (more than 250 sq. m) with private zone in park area, restaurant with summer terrace (for more than 180 seats), service and technical rooms etc. 

Concept of the project suggests unique approach for suburban hotel complex architecture in region – modern, minimalistic design in eco-style.
