Event & SPA Hotel in Ivano-Frankivsk region

ABHG specialists have developed an architectural and marketing concept, prepared a financial model for an Event & SPA hotel in Ivano-Frankivsk region. In addition, the work of the Consultant included an analysis of the location of the project site, its competitive environment and international experience in the implementation of hotels of similar formats. The task of the Consultant was to develop the most optimal hotel and restaurant technology in the volume of an existing unfinished building located outside the city in a non-transit zone.

As a result of this work, the project concept involves the creation of an Event & SPA hotel in the category of upper midscale with 86 rooms. The main «anchors» of the facility will be event-services and a SPA-center.
