The ArtBuild Hotel Group Team has completed the development of an Extended Hotel Feasibility Study on Sahaidachnoho Street, in Kyiv. On this site, our main task was to create the most efficient and attractive hotel technology and floor plans for an existing building, which is listed as a historic building, and to develop a unique concept considering the competitive environment it is in.
Based on the given configuration of the existing building and considering the limitations associated with the requirements to preserve the facades, the project concept on Sahaidachnoho Street envisions the creation of a 7-level (2 underground and 5 ground floors) Hotel being in the category of upscale with a capacity of 102 rooms. In order to ensure the expected number of rooms, the project involves a partial reconstruction of the facades, a basement reconstruction for parking, technical rooms in the underground levels, and the addition of 2 upper floors.
The distinctive and special characteristics for this hotel project are: the availability of SPA & Wellness infrastructures with advanced functions; this has no analogues in Kyiv hotels with an upscale category. The attractive design solutions are the preservation of the historic facades and a glass atrium inside the building, as well as a professional conference service. In addition to all of this, the hotel facilities include a restaurant (with frontage on Sahaidachnoho Street), a lobby bar, a meeting room, parking, a business center, and shopping boutiques.
Since the project concept was developed by the ArtBuild Hotel Group, in accordance with the basic requirements of the upscale category for hotels by one of the world's largest hotel chains, Best Western International, the hotel on Sahaidachnoho Street should be a great example of a quality hotel complex that offers a high international standard of service and a wide range of guest services. |
