ArtBuild Hotel Group Company took part in the conference «Effective investment strategies under new economic conditions»

The UREC Real Estate Summit 2013 took place on the 10th of December with its topic on «Effective investment strategies under new economic conditions». The aim of the event was the analysis of the main development trends of the economic situation in Ukraine and the world and its impact on the investment climate of the country real estate market.Guests and participants of the conference discussed current economic conditions in Ukraine, as well as assessed the developments in the real estate industry in the short and medium term.

Daron Rose, managing partner of ArtBuild Hotel Group, acted as a speaker within the framework of panel discussion «The Future of the economic situation in the country and its impact on the real estate market and investment in Ukraine». Daron commented on the current state of the hotel business in Ukraine and answered questions about the potential and prospects of the hotel real estate market growth.

During the conference, players of the market and experts in financial sector have rated investment risks present in the industry and named possible ways to improve security for investors.
