ArtBuild Hotel Group entered a partner agreement with Best Western International, one of the world largest hotel chains

Best Western International, Inc. (USA), one of the world's largest hotel chains with more than 4,000 hotels in 90 countries, has decided to systematically develop throughout Ukraine. The company has entered into a partnership with ArtBuild Hotel Group (ABHG, Ukraine) who has acquired a master development license as the sole partner of Best Western regarding hotel property development in Ukraine. According to the agreement between the two companies, ABHG will provide assessment of all developers & hospitality investment projects seeking to obtain membership into the Best Western Hotel Family and licensing association.  ABHG will assist in preparing all necessary paperwork and applications for suitable properties to join Best Western, in addition to due diligence on potential properties, as well as project evaluation in regards to Best Western's standards and requirements. Moreover ABHG will develop their own properties under the Best Western brand and provide turn-key fee-development services for investors interested in the hospitality sector in Ukraine.

            Best Western offers hoteliers a unique membership and marketing platform. Any hotel or hospitality chain that meets the standard requirements may attain membership in the association while retaining their independence and uniqueness. Daron S.
